Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After that window, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.
If your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We believe in the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to use them for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a return. This allows enough time to properly try GetHerb and evaluate the results.
If you are still not satisfied, you may request a refund after the 14-day trial period, as long as the request is made within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, where applicable.

Damaged Items
We take care to package all orders securely to help prevent damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a physical defect or the product itself is broken. Damage to outer packaging alone, such as dents, scuffs, or minor box wear, will not be considered product damage if the item inside remains in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@gutherb.com and include a clear photo showing the damage. We will review the issue and determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays that are outside of our control. This includes delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other transit-related issues.
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date assistance. GutHerb is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of the order being placed, we may not be able to resend the order or issue a refund.
Policy Updates
During periods of rebranding or packaging updates, you may receive our product in packaging that looks different from the images shown on our website, ads, or previous orders. This may include differences in label design, box style, bottle presentation, or other visual packaging elements.
Please note that the product inside remains the same. Any packaging variation does not affect the formula, intended use, size, or quality of the product unless explicitly stated otherwise.
For that reason, packaging differences alone are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange once the order has been delivered.
We will, however, assist if:
- the wrong item was sent
- the item arrived damaged
- the product seal was broken upon delivery
- your order qualifies under any separate satisfaction guarantee or returns policy we expressly offer
