Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on the way to your selected delivery address.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times refer to the transit time after your order has been dispatched by the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

- Canada: 5-10 Business Days
- United Kingdom: 4-8 Business Days
- European Union: 5-10 Business Days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6-12 Business Days
- Rest of the World: 7-15 Business Days
Please note that during holidays, peak periods, or other busy shipping seasons, carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates that are outside of our control. For international orders, customs processing may also cause unexpected delays.
Order Changes and Shipping Details
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may result in processing delays or order cancellation.
If our system detects a possible issue with your shipping address, our support team may contact you by email within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at hello@gutherb.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make any necessary updates, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after that timeframe.
Delayed Deliveries
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances outside of our control.
These may include courier disruptions, severe weather, customs delays, transportation issues, address verification problems, payment processing delays, or temporary product availability issues. If we become aware of any issue affecting your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will always do our best to assist and provide updates whenever possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@gutherb.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We also recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim, as most couriers have a process in place for lost or stolen deliveries. We may also contact the carrier on your behalf to help follow up and provide updates where possible.
Please note that GutHerb is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit or after delivery. These situations are outside of our refund policy. However, we will do our best to help resolve the issue, and in certain cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
If the package cannot be located, you may also wish to file a police report with your local authorities.
